I went there when I was a kid, but I don't remember much of it. I give my dad a lot of credit for taking us to places like that when we were little; we learned a real appreciation for nature at an early age.

Isn't it gorgeous! This is the first view you get of Yosemite valley, there are always so many people there, I feel so small when I looking out at those huge rocks and waterfalls.

I use to not like going to the mountains because of the bears, but since we now live where there are bears I've learned that they don't want anything to do with people, when they see you they take off running! Finland is a beautiful place even without mountains!

I just get so excited over all the beauty and I want to take my time and see everything, I even get excited over the squirrels, my son needs to really stop and think about the beauty around him, and be grateful and not take even the little things for granted!

I'm like that too! Everything is so exciting and fascinating, I like to take my time and enjoy every detail.I hate to miss any of it.It's always so much better if the person you go with has the same enthusiasm.It makes the whole trip wonderful!One day your son may see that.

I do a lot of that stuff on my own too! I usually feel so rushed when I go with anyone else.The don't have the patience to sit and watch and they are in such a hurry to move on to something else.It just so much easier to go myself and go at the pace I want to!

That's the trouble I have, when I go somewhere like Yosemite I'm just like a little kid, yeah I've been there many times but each time is so exciting for me, I don't get tired of seeing it all again, it's never boring for me at all.

Don't ever lose that! I'm the same way.It's such an awesome way to live.There's such energy and excitement in looking at life that way.I wish more people looked at things that way.I couldn't imagine living without it, life would be so depressing and blah!Doesn't matter if you seen the same thing hundreds of times it still holds that excitement and awe inspiring beauty that is never boring!

I will always be the way I am, I\'ve never changed since I was really little. Life is so precious and short to not love all the little things and stay awed by them, I feel sad for the people who don\'t have that, always having to search for something exciting to do. I got all happy and gooey inside over a ladybug hanging onto one of my plants this morning!

Cool! I would have been fascinated and stopped to watch too! Life is indeed too short not to be awed by the incredible beauty that\'s all around us.I feel sad for those people too always searching or waiting to be entertained.If only they would open their eyes to the richness their lives could have if they could see past themselves to see how lucky we all are to have the beauty and how precious and amazing it is.
