Wonderful piece. I like the way you tampered with the background, and also the very realistic yet sort of stylized and unique look you've given to her. I wish I could do watercolor, that medium has never been nice to me. Haha. Anyway, amazing job here.

Ah, I see. I actually wasn't too sure when I looked at it. I just jumped to the conclusion of watercolor. And good point about digital art, I'm certainly more confident in the realms of digital painting rather than traditional painting. It may be because my emotionally unstable high school art teacher was so high-strung on making me learn her favorite medium (watercolor) that it totally repelled me from it, and it only made me do more graphite drawings. Pretty ironic.

The water color look adds nice texture and I like the little touch with the bats. The expression is perfect and the curve of her lips is just right. Its really quite amazing!
