Really nice stuff here. Love how the scarf and hood came out especially.
Only things are Fenian doesn't wear heels and she's a tiny bit cross-eyed.

I said it in a note but I'll say it here as well...
This is absolutely freaking amazing!! Almost everything on this piece of art is absolutely, 100 percent perfect!! I love how the pose and the glowing eyes really capture and speak to the witchness of her that usually doesn't come out in her arts. I love how the hood and scarf are used to add motion and dramatic effect to the piece... I love how perfectly you captured her costume and made the small changes I wanted, except for the change of the buttons running up one side of the jacket to shamrocks - I think that is a brilliant change and I just may steal it for future art of her!!!
The closest thing to an imperfection is that she wears combat boots and not high heels... But hot damn, the only reason I even thought to mention it is because otherwise the art would be too damn perfect!

I mean luminous. Very nice. Every time you've used this style of character (transparent background) it has been a home run. I wish I could understand why!
