This is little Pearls from the Phoenix Wright (Gyakuten Saiban) series of DS games which I have yet to finish playing but absolutely love! She's drinking "boba" which is one of any (usually) sweet drinks containing large tapioca pears at the bottom, hence the title.Pearl Fey is property of Capcom
