Aw, I hate Jet, he's such a coniving, manipulative cur that isn't worthy of licking the dirt off the Fire Nation boots. Don't get me wrong, Ozai's a bastard that needs to go to hell and die, but he's still better than Jet.
Ugh Jet ugh...I really hated him because he used Katara and Aang to try and hurt innocents, then those people's deaths would have been on Katara's and Aang's hearts for ever, not cool and oh the way he treated Sokka! Die Jet die!
nobody gets away with treating Sokka like that. *growls*

Oh come on, Smellerbee was about as bad a Jet, she was toatally down with wiping out the damn and the town. And Longshot made the fire for the explosion. I can deal, I suppose because they were basically brainwashed and Longshot didn't even speak.
Naw, I didn't like much of any of Jet's crew, they were willing to go to far. Only Duke was willing to question what was happening and there really wasn't much he could do about it, he was a kid.

no i didn't like them in episode "jet" but the second season in the "the sepents pass", "the drill", and "city of walls and secrets" they are all for ending the freedom fighting and living a normal life. where Jet is still douching out.

Yeah, I haven't been able to keep up with the second season at all, no tengo cable or a good computer out side of school. See, I could probably mellow on them if I saw the rest. Do you have any clue when the second season hits DVD? Probably not until next year. I can wait, I perfere to have things at my finger tips.

Two chappies up as of tonight. Sokka centered. I loves me some Water Tribe warrior, heh heh...I'm just gonna meditate until until book two is out. I can't watch it on t.v. or you tube, it takes to long to get caught up.

Don't know enough about him yet, can't say my veiw, it's like with Azula. I didn't hate her until I caught the epi where she shows off how much of a bitch she was to Zuko as kids. I mean sibling rivalry and cruelty is one thing, but she was down right spiteful and hateful towards him when she knew that he was strides behind her. No wonder she was named after her grandfather.

same with me, but when the recient episodes aired with him in them, i was hooked on him. I mean a character who has a disability (longshot and toph) and are able to over come it, ( Smellerbee and Jet can understand longshot, and toph can see with her bending) intrigues me so

well Longshot can speak, he just choses not to, don't know why. So he can't communicate with many people, only people who have been around him a lot. there is a scene in i think the serpents pass, when Iroh and Zuko meet up with Jet, Smellerbee and longshot. Iroh mistakes Smellerbee for a boy, and she gets offended and leaves. Longshot gets up after her and stops her and just looks at her. Smellerbee then says something along the lines of Longshots right and that she shouldn't care what others think as long as she's comfortable with herself. i just think it's neat that Longshot can convey something like that with just expressions.
yeah and Toph is just plain awesome-ness

Well, they said that 'Shot lost his parents in a Fire Nation raid, he probably witnessed it and that sort of thing, that sort of trauma can cause a mental collapse into silence like that. It can be anywhere from perminate to a 'phase'. I know this because I have a kid at work that won't speak (I work at a YMCA). He was in a car accident with his big brother and the brother unfortuantely died in the accident. He won't talk and it's been about four years. I'm learning sign language from him.
As for nonverbal conversation yeah, it takes a while to get to that point but there ain't no going back, me and my horse have got the same kind of relationship.

yeah something like that, poor kid, it's cool though your learning sign language from him. I do kinda have that relationship with my dogs. Animals are very expresive once you know what your looking for.
