You might not want to use the word 'triggered' so frivolously, since it historically means something very different than how it is being used by some online personalities. Also you might be reading into Reykat's reaction incorrectly, (or at least overdramatising it with an already iffy word) making your attempt at humor seem more mean than funny.

It can be, time and place and the right people and all that. But using it with random internet strangers? Eh, gotta be careful. Different things to different people.

Take, for example, if a person with PTSD tries to inform those around them about certain things that trigger them -- to possibly prevent it from happening -- everyone thinks it's a joke. The term lost all of its meaning due to rampant misuse.
Severe and debilitating mental disorders aren't funny, but for some reason everyone seems to think they are.
Humor is essential, I agree, but it IS capable of doing harm, and I think it's important to be aware of that.

I think that it is fairly rare for someone to have not recovered that far with their trauma, and I do not think making use of a silly word that is tossed around and used like it had no impact in the first place is created humor of actual PTSD. It is more so poking fun at the alt left use of the word

I don't believe it's quite as rare as you think. There are many disorders, such as panic disorder, that involve triggers; and even if you are unlikely to meet one of these people in real life, the internet has a way of bringing the world together in unique ways. I, in fact, am a person who has one of these disorders, otherwise I probably wouldn't be having this conversation.
I'm just saying, I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to make fun of the alt-left without mocking people who don't even have anything to do with it. By poking fun of their use of the word, you are only furthering the harm they have already done, rather than taking the power out of it - like humor is supposed to.
I've said all I can. You go ahead and do what you think is right, and so will I.

I think its a person with a lion-esque head to emphasize the whole "supernatural" thing of the situation? Notice how the body completely disintegrated and the only thing left in the end was a pool of blood where it died. Yup. Supernatural.
