It's very interesting, despite shapes lines are simple.

Ha ha! Yeah, I can imagine it! I really need to work on building up my skills with digital. I'm far to used to chalk pastels and colored pencils.

To get out of taking a language in HS I took 5 credits of art instead. I should be far better than I really am... -_-;
I think you have amazing work! I actually really enjoy your style! (hence forth why I watched you and faved/commented on so much of your work)

yeah i never took any art classes in highschool.... hahah everything i know is what i learned on my own and picked up over time...never had any actually training...really wish i did XD

Art classes didn't really teach me too much... It's hard to explain how to use a medium... one just has to do it on there own. The only way to actually learn art is to do it and I feel like you got that down! So, even if you don't like how your stuff looks right now, if you keep making it you'll find that you actually like some of the things you're coming out with!

I know exactly what you mean... I wish I had that ability too... If you get the chance take some figure study classes. My teacher always told me to do that but I never did... I was probably one of her least favorite students because I was getting so burnt out by art that I rarely did it out side of class...

haha yeah ive been studying annatomy online here and there...im starting with the hands XD
yeah i HAD to take art classes (they taught me to draw a circle...thats pretty much it...) in middle school...none of them liked me because i always got done their "4 day projects" in 2 days 
they didnt think i was putting enough work into it...when really i was the only one focused in the class...so i got it done XD
hahahah oh well. arts a stupid class anyway...how can you put a grade on an opinion??

I hate how that works... You actually pay attention and do the work and get punished because you finnished ahead of schedule! Thankfully in the real world that's considered to be a good thing. But I guess it would be annoying for a teacher to not be able to challenge a kid while everyone else is having difficulty with the current project. I just think they need to use a different method and give that person extra credit projects. Oh well... I'm not a teacher and never will be.
You can grade something on the technique it uses but you can't grade something for how it looks or weather you like it or not. Art is too much I like or don't like this to actually be graded though. I really like the hard sciences when it come to academia, for it is the hard sciences that you can say are right or wrong. That's why I always liked math, it has an answer.

i just think putting a grade on art is just a bad idea all around....its just stupid. it should be based on if you actually got the project done and if you used the elements the teacher told you, not how fast you finish it or how good it looks....but teachers are stupid sooo hahah
