My first "own" pattern, at least the sakura flowers. There could be quite similar pattern already, but I haven't seen sakura that I would be satisfied with, thus I thought up my own.Circumference about 24cm, C10.

It is quite hard to answer. Since I made it slowly over the year and I was developing the pattern, I redid the first flower or two like 3 times etc., so it took me much longer than usually. Maybe 50+ hours? 100+? Really don't know, I should count the time next time just for fun.

I was just researching stitches. Was your flower created by alternating uwagake chidori with chidori kagari, using variegated thread?
Understanding how these are made and stitched really makes me admire how much care went into plotting and designing this, let alone the precise stitching of the design <3 You are really amazing!
