hey, do u know how to RIP models from a game called yandere sim?
i tried ripping it but it comes out as a XPS file with no textures and when i put it in pmd/pmx nothing appears..
what i want to know is how to convert it into mmd.
if you do know note me.

well duh, here, lemme tell you a small tutorial, first, import the models to blender, they look textureless right?, well, now export them as direct x ".x files", there, now load them on your editor, preferable the .pmx one, save them as .pmx, done?, okay, now go to the file menu and choose "new", now load your .pmx model, there, it's all white or not there, go to "material", select everything and make sure nothing is transparent, everything is marked 1 on the first square to the right, and now the model must be visible, unless it is gigantic as those models normally are (tried to load a fiesta online model, the thing was gargantuan, so i had to resize it to 0.01 and then to 0.05 to make it roughly the same size as my models), now then, spin around the view, you must be able to see the model, once you resize it (if it was necessary), place it at the center standing up, done?, okay, now look at the game folders, there must be textures somewhere, look for the textures of your model, copy them and place them at the same folder as your .pmx model.
now the easy part, select every piece in order (if you have no idea what they are look for the material/view button at the viewer, press it and then you will have a small menu, all the pieces are displayed there, select the last option to be able to select any piece you like, if you press the button to the right of the last option everything will turn transparent besides the selected part, now you can select and name the parts accordingly (on the material tab from your pmx editor) so you don't get confused, those need the right textures, so go to "material", select every piece in order and assign them the right textures, your model should be displayed now, but, and there is the but, some models come in a fixed posture, best of lucks trying to rig them, oh btw, yansim models come with a face that is basically painted over, what i'm saying is, they don't move the mouth, so your best bet is adding another face instead of the regular one, have fun.
