This is a very good pic, and it reminds me of one of my favorite scenes from X2. But, if you don't mind some constructive criticism, the orbs to me don't seem that spherical, I don't mean that as an insult, I would suggest you get some sort of reflection on them.

Wow, very good capturing of the character. He's got kind of a considering look, like he's trying to decide if it's worth turning you into a scorch mark on the floor or not. Magneto's one of my favorite villains, and his unpredictability is probably a big part of that. He has plenty of redeeming characteristics (it seems like he could have been one of the heroes of the story if not for circumstances) and a history that makes his extremism seem realistic, but at the same time he can be utterly ruthless.

Fav-worthy. I think the colors on the face look a bit too intense, too orange, but that's nothing to be worried about. Looks very nice.

This image, its as though you've captured the essence of Sir Ian Mackellan in picture form! His likeness is incredible! The lighting seems to feel just right; not to dark and not too light.
Composition; not the most "out there" Magneto pose, but I rather like it. It has a certain charm to it.
All in all, I find this work to be one of the greatest incarnations of my favourite Marvel villain! Excellent Job! I would be interested to see how you handle doc ock!

Did it take long to finish? Also, did you use lots of photo reference or did you just go from memory? I especially like the floating iron orbs; really amazing play of shadows/lighting there!
One more thing; have you drawn Cyclops or Doc Ock or Iron Man/Warmachine? Id like to see how you interpret their characters respectively XD Oh, and Doctor Doom! No-one can forget the mighty doctor doom!
