Description I normally don't like to submit art about the same subject twice in a row, but this couldn't be avoided due to circumstances.

This is a submission for because it's Mayuri's birthday on Sunday.

I was having a very hard time coming up with ideas for this. Then in a flash I remembered this little comic I made and used a panel from it. I'll still submit that little goofy comic when I finish it. It's silly.

Anyway.....after that I just went crazy with the colours.

I used a 3d render made by the awesome you can see it there on the "rock". Cool stuff.

I wish I knew his age, it's like with a lot of the other captains, it's hard to tell. I'd give him a cupcake, they're easier to eat.
