lol sorry for the late reply, been replying here and there.
its a pretty straight forward cell shading, I have a sketch in my gallery, after that its line art, then color under, and then cell shade on top of it, then rest is just adding small effect here and there.

yeah I didnt want the gloves in this picture because the overall picture is dark and the resolution is not exactly that high, so i figured I put a bit of contrast at the hands.
