The decision to participate in the white December this year came randomly, during a conversation about snow. Carson was complaining about the fact the Fjord pair were refusing to go outside, despite being used to the snow. Jakob quickly reminded him that the Fjords were the reason Carson had to turn back and not finish the White December two years ago, because they were suffering from the cold. Carson of course was very displeased with that, and proceeded to tell him to try survive a month out in the cold, and then make that comment again.

Of course, Jakob being Jakob, he said, 'okay'.

And that brings us to here, after a few hours of trekking down the snowy mountain, the team had ended up at the parking lot to load the horses. The snows were beginning to come in, meaning the long trek up the mountain would be impossible for even horses soon. This meant that they had to send all of the horses to the airport at once while they still could, and keep the other two at a friend's stable for the next few weeks before they are needed.

Thunderdrome was calm, but excited to begin the journey, he had participated in TWD two years ago, and was ready to try it again.
Snowfire was scared of the trailer, she didn't quite know what was going on. Hopefully she wasn't being sold or something?
And Odysseus, well, he would rather be in bed. And the travel gear was just SO annoying. Jakob was going to get a great big thump on his arse if he kept on trying to put that boot back on.
