This is NOT for free use! Please do not use itJust trying to improve my pixel icons. It's been so long since I did a human/noid type of icon. I'm pretty satisfied with this one ;A;
but I'll try to improve the next round. 
I really wanna use this for my dA icon BUT the KB is just too big ahmahgersh help- /flails/ It's 22kb at the moment and dA only allows 15kb /criesI'd be really grateful if someone knows how to lessen the KB. I have PS CS6 to animate with. I've also tried Gif No dither 32 which I think is the lowest kind of dithererer idk ;A; That got me to 19.4 KB but it's still way too much
