No, the sky is a photomanipulation made from a few different sky photos put together. I don't really remember the source, but it's probably stock images from either Mayang texture library, or CGtextures.

This is beautiful. The lighting in every aspect (The moon, the lit windows, the barrel on fire in the front) is a real winner for me. The clouds is just designed awesomely. Well done!
