Description I've begun with a full-body 'how-I-sketch'-thing but I realized that that wouldn't help you very much, because I already am used to the anatomy. And I know already how to draw the body-parts
you can find many other tutorials about 'how to sketch', you only have to use forms, lines and circles... and you have to know where to place them

and I can't really explain how to draw hindlegs, there are so many ways of drawing them. you have to find your own way of drawing them

so I thought this is a better way to show you how I draw
But don't forget, this is my way to draw, there are so many small details that you can change to make it look totally different.

A good way to learn: try to understand the body you want to draw. You can either study photographs of them, or drawings. How to 'study'? -copying. yes I know, copying someones drawings is equal to ''stealing'' but I mean like, try to trace the pose and try to understand how and why it is drawn like that.

I for example have watched many drawings, and mixed the art-styles I liked the best and created my own style/way of drawing

I'm not sure if the skeleton is 100% right, I'm guessing a bit at some parts

Hope I could help :I

That's really cool and helpful. If I may be so brazen, I would love to give you some tips on anatomy.
There are just two things that are a little pressing.
Backs on canines don't arch up, they are flat. Felines backs are the ones that dip and rise. Also remember that the knee is ALWAYS parallel to the elbow. See here [link]
Your knees are a little too low and the back arches up. The face structures of your creatures as beautiful though~ I especially love the paw examples. I have so much trouble with those! They're really helpful. Keep working at it! ^w^

Thanks! Well yeah, I often make the back rise up a bit, because I can add more movement in the pose that way. I always add a bit fantasy to my drawings, so I don't really follow an anatomy of a real canine.
And thanks!! I didn't know about the knee parallel to the elbow thing, that's really helpful!
I'm glad this was helpful to you :3
