You'd just need to look out when you see someone's user icon mentioned in the description, because that's what I include in every -commissioned- artwork I post. With commissioned artwork, it's usually the commissioner who owns the featured character, so you'd need to ask them for their permission.
As long as the artwork looks to be one of my personal pieces, then I absolutely don't mind!
