Well you could look up "kiss meme" or "hug meme" on deviantart (or anywhere else too) and a bunch of blank ones will come up, for example: [link]
And since you do it traditionally what I did was draw them on a sheet of paper, scan it in and put them in the boxes.

No, not really, and you could also add different boxes too. Memes have a lot of freedom.
