Description Ok well here is an attempt to draw Jonah from the movie The Haunting in Connecticut. Ugh you do not now how many times I hit my head on the table trying to get this drawing done!!! X(

Anywho, might as well show you some of the reference pics I used for this one.

UPDATE: Ok I took the advise of and and I redid the eye, ear and neck which made it look a whole lot better. I also rewatched the movie and found the perfect shot of him looking up so I used it as a reference (which i sadly don't have a link to right now). Now I'm pretty happy with the result. XD

So yah if there is anything else that needs changing just let me know. XD

Coming Soon: 'Two Dead Boys'-I want draw a pic of Matt and Jonah together next so lets see if that turns out. XD

First off, That's a very hard head pose to deal with; I think you did great! c:

I think the neck is just a little bit thick, but besides that, it's all good. Keep it up!

Thank you very much for both the comment and the advise! XD Ok lets see *pulls out notepad and pen* fix eyes, ears and neck. I can handle that!! *Grabs Jonah and gives a Heroic pose* To the art cave!!! (I'm very excited today for some reason XD)

Lol XD. OMG, ok so I actually got the movie yesterday and when I watched it over I got to the end when Jonah is standing by the reverend Jonah looks up! Just like in my drawing. I got so excited when I saw it. Jonah is a good assistant and he doesn't even have to try. *pats Jonah on the head* XD Anyway, I went back and paused the scene and got my sketch book to see if there is anything to fix in the way of his hair and clothes (maybe, clothes kick my butt when at a side view). lol Still working on his hair but I'll give an update up soon, I promise.

It does not suck. Do you realize how hard that pose is? I think this is a VERY nice attempt ! The angle is awesome. Since you asked for critique, all I can say is that the eye might need to be moved back just a tad and remember, ear placement is usually either level with the eye or slightly below it. Otherwise, I think it looks fine^^

OMG thank you so much for the critique Jordan. I knew there was something wrong but i couldn't pen point it. XD Anyway i'll get on that and see what i can do. XD

Alrighty, and thanks again. I'm thinking of adding below the neck line in my next update too so yah that will need some critique as well. XD
