Description This piece is my entry for 's Tales from Atlantis contest.

The story:

The USS Atlantis was launched in 3032 AD, and shortly into it's maiden voyage it was flung back 7,000 years in a freak solar storm as it attempted to sling shot round the sun.

Eve was the most senior crew member to survive, and she tended to Adam as he recovered from his injuries. His position as Master Chief helped during their trek from the crash site off the coast of West Africa across the Atlas mountains to the gates of the fabled city of Cartage.

Their faithful Geographic Interspectum Analyser, whom they nicknamed Gia, helped them plot a safe rout through the mountains, and upon their arrival the little bot was soon revered by the locals as a font of eternal knowledge.

Very cool. Great integration of so many different elements. Really like how you pushed the focus on the background.
