This is great. Wow, I'm always thrilled to see your new stuff. It's like your smothering us...holding the viewer close and yet looking beyond at the same time. I don't know if this was your intention, but it seems to create a sense of intimacy (in a pure, "warm" sense) but also a detachment. You're here and you're giving almost all of yourself, but there's a part we can't quite reach. Not to mention it's a beautiful photo. Am I reading too much into it or does any of that hit the mark?
