Sanji is amusing, I like his character...HELL I like ALL the One Piece characters, even the villains!
Damn you Oda for making everything amazing.
Now on a note that is actually related to your drawing (Well the stuff before was related to the character and the manga/anime he is from so TECHNICALLY it's related to the drawing, but meh) This is really cool!
Once again...you're like...utter perfection when it comes to how "clean" drawings look.
And you always have these nice effects added in as well.

Ha ha, I am with u there! Oda is a genius! I too love just about all the characters...though there are some I personally squeal with delight when they make an appearance. I actually have a certain goal to try and draw as many One Piece characters as I can. So hopefully I'll be drawing more soon towards the future.
Pwah, I am not sure I agree....but I will take any compliments that come my way,so thank you! I actually quite upset with how it came out...but I really am inpatient and can't work on things too long.

Upset with it? Why? Really the only things I can say look "off" to me about this is that his neck seems a tad short and something about his jawline..or face maybe seems...strange, not sure what though.
