Imagine that "bond" is like string and elastic.When one end moves further and the other doesn't follow, it will snap.
He tends to pull towards his own direction when the other moves further, but afraid of snapping the "string", so he ends up following.
Before, he used to be leading him, but now, he is the tail, following behind.
He stops. Wishing that the one in front would stop too, then turn and ask him, "What's wrong?"
But he keeps on moving. Further and further away from him.
He pulls the "string" by force and breaks it. And finally, he turns and faces him.
"Watch what I will become."
