My girlfriend made it by tearing up an old store bought halloween costume and used it as the pattern. The whole vest is all one piece that velcros on one side. Unfortunately I don't know much more than that. I wish I could help you out more. I need to go back and redo it, since I want to make it look more like the version from Ultimate MK3.
