Yes it is good. But it "makes" good and bad pictures, depending on the person behind the camera.

Very true! I should have thought of that I've heard of people taking good pictures with even just a 5 megapixel camera! Well, that in mind, let me rephrase, your photography talents must be very good! So much beauty in just a drop of water and a blade of grass!

Haha that sounds better I think.
Besides this camera I have is 5 years old...in the digital age 5 years makes it an oldtimer.

But I can tell you it is absolutely true...You will make the same pictures with a 500€ camera as with a 5000€ camera...only the picture quality improves! So if you have to choose one day...take the less expensive camera!
