The GIMP is free, and is very similar to Photoshop, if you're willing to take the time through the learning curve.

you can also just take the color of the background of the page its gonna be on and make it that color, at least on DA,
you would just copy the page, paste it on your drawing, use the color picker, get that greenish grey color they use 
XD kinda more complicated, but yea.

XDD Uhhh its on the 2nd column at the very bottom, it says watermark... Um click it and it has 'Choose file' 'Watermark strength' & 'Watermark position'.
Choose you watermark file and than choose strength (i myself preferably use 10) and position!
