Sailor France is, as Sailor England would put it, a slut. Sailor France would say that she's not afraid to advertise. No matter how you say it, it's how Sailor Canada from the future came into existence. She likes roses, fashion, movies, and flirting. Regardless of any flaws Sailor England enjoys pointing out, she is an important member of the team. She is capable of immense strength, even greater than Sailor England's, but doesn't always access it. She'd much prefer distracting her opponents with her assets . . . which actually does work. A lot. She is a fountain of advice and acts as an older sister to Sailor America. Kind of.
