I don't think they need the right handling. It's the wrong handling that should be accountable. I've been privileged to live with two amazing pittys that came from bad situations, they don't need proper handling just a loving home.

I tried but I don't know how to speed up the recording :/ plus I don't know the best program to record with

I suggest you download Livestream ( [link] ) It's super easy to use! And then you just upload the video into windows movie maker (or at least that's what I use) and go to video tools, and it will say 'Speed - 1x)
And then you just change it!... That's probably not the best description, but i hope it helps!
