Ok, so I am playing catch up, with some of the Inktober prompts, I've been really busy with work, but I'm uploading two today, or what is left of today anyway. l-:
so this is day 24th prompt 'fairy', which was really fun, cuz I've had this idea floating around in my head, for so long. Because I think it just fits so well, a secret of kells AU, but in stead of Brendan, and Ashley, it's Cal, and Merrin! The characters have similar personalities, and temperaments, and their stories are similar as well. I also just wanted an excuse to draw in the cartoon saloon art style, and if you haven't seen secret of kells before, you should go watch it,(I think it's on Netflix) it's so cool, and it's so pleasing to the eyes. (p.s just for context if you haven't seen secret of kells, in the movie, a young boy living in a monastery, runs into a fairy.)
