Description Please full view!

This is my best etching work (so far). I love plastic etching, always have.
But I got so much crap from the other students in class.
I don't mind answering honest questions like, "How do you do this?" or, "How long does this normally take?", etc.

What bugs me is the wise-guys trying to act all cool, dissing stuff that people put their hearts and souls into...
I'll stop ranting now. No one wants to hear it, I know.

EDIT 1: Ruki from Gazette, yes?
------
Thanks everyone for the comments!
The tidal wave of them freaked me out! In a good way!
s for everyone!

EDIT 2:
Since people are actually interested in how this works, I'll post what I've been telling others here!

Sorry I'm lazy and I'm copy-pasting XD (Many of you have already seen this a few times lol)

"Well, to start, you get this thick, clear plastic and an etching tool (I don't know the technical terms for either, or even if there are technical terms XD ) and a reference picture. Then, you scratch out the darkest parts using heavy strokes to carve out deep lines. Then you just keep going to lighter and lighter parts until you are done, spacing them out like crosshatching.
It took quite a toll on my fingers lol"

If you've got any questions, feel free to ask! (After looking through this, I fell like I might have missed something that I can't think of! )

(I'm quite overwhelmed with messages right now, but in a good way lol)

You should try to find someone who could teach you!
It takes patience, but the results are quite nice if you take your time. It's not too hard either!
