Seilyon (Japanese: セイリオン Seirion) is a dual-type Water/Ice Legendary Pokémon.
It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.
Along with Kishikae and Enalidire, Seilyon is a member of the Kankyo Trio, which exists in the legends of the Marva Region.

the best legendary ive ever seen the only critique i would say is the circle emblem on its chest instead of it being blue it should glow like a glassy white so it looks like ice also adding muscle detail to its fin so it has a mature masculine energy. over all im LIVING for your work !
