This villain continues the whole trend of having a varsity jacket and matching color name. He doesn't have much use for a mask, as his entire identity is fabricated.

His eyes are supposed to be a blue-green hazel. The sea green color in general alludes to his being an aquatic humanoid - essentially a male siren. Like White, he uses mind manipulation for selfish/evil purposes and is generally stronger and faster than most humans. He can also survive indefinitely under water and condition his body to withstand varying amounts of pressure.
