Well no, I wondered why none of the robots MegaMan ever fought was a woman. And if he did, would he then absorb more than just that female robots power?

Well there was one female robot boss that I know of, Splashwoman, he gained water powers from her, not boobs.
And really, since he didn't pick up extra muscles from gutsman I think we can assume it was only ever armour style and weapon that was going to change.
