BATMAN: CHILDREN OF GOTHAM is a project i created just to practice design with a coherent theme and structure. The ghettos of Gotham have descended into a warzone trapping the hopeless and poor with the criminals. I wanted to twist Batman's rogues gallery into a threat focused on Gotham's youth.In this version, Scarecrow is a tall, lanky. crazed homeless guy. He's sickly looking so people avoid and ignore him, so he gets his thrills by scaring the hell out of the citizens of Gotham's ghetto. At least that way he can't be ignored. His long hair hides his face except for the ocasionally peeking rotten tooth or drool.

You are an amazing artist, I love all of your work. But you aren't very good with story structure. This is the same problem with your version of Mr. Freeze, this guy just isn't a threat for Batman. Just have him be a crazy doctor with an obsession with fear and so he created a fear drug that he uses to fight Batman. A homeless man who scares people just isn't a match for the Dark Knight.

I think he's not not homeless , but I think of a stressed out crazed ex-teacher , how want to "teach" his "students" of psychology? for college student or grade school students.

I like the idea of him being homeless and that he's trying to get attention through scaring the citizens; even if it's just hate.
But then, where does he get the chemicals from? The knowledge, how did he get there...etc.
Also, Scarecrow has always been the scariest villain of the DC Universe to me. At least since Batman: Arkham Aylum. . .
For that reason and for the thing about his experience and stuff... I don't see a "too scary" Scarecrow here.
But maybe he's just scaring those citizens with looking scary?...

He also isn't really a threat for Batman as just a crazy homeless person. He needs to be a brilliant psychotryst if he is ever going to be a threat for Batman. Also his only crime is scaring people so if Batman did beat him then Bruce would be a massive dick.
