I found out that if you call a person's frequency enough times, it gives you more and more information about the person you're calling~
I donno how many times I called the Paramedic, but I did some serious stalking on her radio, then the others~lol
Boss is the only one who didn't have as much personal information to display~
But anyways~

We have shots of that aswell, this is one step before the actual call. That means switching the chest radio to send or recieve... at least... that's what I think he does with it. Anyways, he flips the switch on the chest radio when recieving a call. Look for it in cut scenes, but also in the background of the codec call screen everynow and again.

I figured it out that you did something when you're taking the photo to look like that, some trick, and you did it on purpose
