The base model is in .OBJ format and the textures are .PNG format so they will import into other 3D programs. Everyone is welcome to use my models for drawing references / Pepakura costumes / MMD dancing and anything else you can think of

I don't know about Face Rig software, so I don't know if he will work with it
All my Transformers are made to work with Poser, but they also work with Daz Studio. If you can't get Knockout to work with your Face Rig software would it help for me to make separate .OBJ models of just his head?

I'm honestly not sure, I've not even found a good tutorial...I've seen other people converting Daz/Poser figs to FaceRig, but it usually requires extensive rigging in order to get it to work properly. Apparently you can also just re-texture the built in Avatars that Facerig has also, so I might try that if you can provide me /w just the head: facerig.com/docs/facerig-studi…

The PMD file is not for Miku Miku Dance, that us why you cannot open it with MMD
PMD files are made for Poser morph targets. In this download the PMD file makes Knockout's face expressions work in Poser
