For my Double Neopets Art Trade withThis is TurkCHunter the Royal Kyrii, and yes I took some artistic liberties with a few parts of the outfit, since I'd been at school and didn't have the ref for it at the time I was sketching it...And was too lazy to fix/rescan it.
For some reason...he reminds me...of...Kotetsu? (can't remember his name XD) from Tiger+Bunny. I think its the hair/goatee.

I love the feet! And everything else, but especially the feet!
He sort of reminds me of an elevated court jester of sorts... it's probably the cute little colorful hat in combination with more fancier-ish clothes. Maybe the personality? I dunno.
