I love the costume, the lighting, the prop, everything... but I really think it's the "LOLDEATH" expression that sells it.

Tsk, tsk. Ice tongs were made for one purpose and I doubt she's planning to use them in the way they are intended to be.

I think while it is very good; the model herself is lacking the grace. Posing is the easy part; but putting it in a graceful manner and yet still getting the point across is the hardest part to modeling. Might I suggest that you have the model lose the grin, have a her smirk a tad, lower her head and let her hair come of her her eyes just a smidgen, and have her eyes express the emotions that you want the picture to carry.
Well done though at any rate!

Well, definitely constructive criticism, but this was in no way posed. Basically she came over for about an hour and I'd just hand her props and say "Here. Play with this." This is the first thing she did as she picked them up.
She REALLY IS THIS WEIRD.

I really, really like this shot. She looks beautiful, her look is so captivating and the instrument is terrifying, rusty but still sharp - oh, it's SO the best combination in the book.
