Description
This is the first thing I have submitted in a while. This is a new super hero character I am developing. Gabe Gavet a.k.a. Blackout is a mutant able to control the powers of the abyss... the power of darkness! Before becoming a vigilante he worked for a government agency (under the code name of Black 13) who was trying to control and destroy other superhumans with a superhuman force of their own. After discovering that the B.S.A. (Bureau of Superhuman Activity) was trying to eliminate not only evil superhumans but all superhumans Gabe quit becoming a business man and opening a night club called "Night Fall" which he also uses as a base of operations. Seeing the corruption in the government and through out the world Gabe became a vigilante going after the criminals the government didn't. During one of his first appearances he was forced to cover the city in darkness, hunting down and brutally killing a serial killer cultist who had murdered Gabe's wife and other innocents in a subway station. The press labeled the mysterious darkness as a "black out". From then on Gabe called himself Blackout.
