Okay, for Popee: Clown Satan(waifu), Sinnamon roll, Popples, Popizza, Bun hun(muffun), The dancing queen, young and sweet, only 17 (oh yeeeaah~).

For Kedamono: Cinnamon roll too sweet or this world, too pure. (Cinnamon roll for short), Bara yiff wolf, Kedamoaner, Kedongmoaner, (those last three courtesy of the meme wiki.), Sweetheart (let's be honest he's the sweetest guy in the show.).

For Papi: (I told you them already but I forgot a few) Sodie Papi, Pappy, Pop.

It started with a clickbait article titled 'Sweet cinnamon roll too good for this world, too pure.' and it became a meme and everyone calls the most innocent character the cinnamon roll.

'Sinnamon roll' is a play on words with that, being a cute character that is full of sin, that's why I gave that nickname to Popee. They are full of sin. And are cute.
