Yes my dear, beside the what I have in Apophysis sub-gallery and sure the traditional Watercolors and 3D, all is done in Ultrafractal. Thank you very much for your kind attention!

I see in you folder Emotions fractals. "feel the peace" is very good, some of the early fractals are low resolution, I advice you to render at higher resolution especially for prints. I render at about 3280x2230 for horizontal and 2380x3130 for vertical.

Well, I try to strike out the fractal Itself, as it was in the beginning in late 80ties plotting down a 14h renders in a pathetic resolution with 16 colors. Of course now using more features, yet I'm devoted to the classics. Glad that you visited my gallery!

I know what you mean by drifting back to the classics. That is what I like so much about Sterlingware 2. It feels like the old days. I also like the rendering time, under 30 minutes for a 10000X10000! It also has that sense of exploration.

Yep, that times... I got first an 1040 ATARI STFM, next a second hand Amiga 500. Earlier I found of course where to try an Apple II, yet that ugly "perforated" graphics threw me off. I did my first program following a German book I had, not ever knowing a word, adapting it to my BASIC. He, he, nostalgia! That's why I do my gallery, to point the sources, this great names who kept us awoke. You do marvelous work to show that fractals are not at all exhausted, mostly interpretation does, but that's where we stand for.

I remember very well Deluxe Paint, first came a demo on some mag like Amiga Format. Next I got it. It even could do some animations.

You're most welcome dear Stefano! Working fulltime doesn't allow for much traditional painting time, so have concentrated mainly on digital art for many years, but hope to return to it one day. I have only a few of my old paintings with me, which I've scanned and uploaded here on dA: [link]
