Please READ THE DESCRIPTION FIRST!!!I saw the new interface of win8. Then I searched a visual style that match the Omnimo of Fediafedia.. Unluckily, I couldn't find. So I decided to create my own visualstyle.. And ofcourse I want to share this vs for you too.. For now, you can't download it. It's about 80% completed.. Still in progress..

how about a circled upward arrow for the tray?
and hopefully a very clear taskbar (maybe with the option to have no blur...)

It's impossible to remove 100% the blur. I can do that but you can only use my wallpaper that I integrated with the vs. And the second problem is you can only use it on 1920x1080 screen resolution

i see. that's definetely a problem since i use a 1280x800 res.
maybe one day you could make a tutorial to teach how to integrate image in taskbar.

This are the changes/improvements so far;
improved gradients on window background, improve indicator on taskbar, perfect window shadow, new style on scrollbar and improved the other images & codes.

I mean it might look terrible, and I do like the colored banner thing so I dunno.
I think it's the window background that Im least sure about. Things like this concept (see link below) look great because of the simplicity, I just think it might look better with a plain white background like seen here

Yeah I know what you mean. The nice idea that i'm talking about is to put some color on top window instead of only white.
With this vs, if you like white background on window, don't replace the explorerframe.dll. If you replace the explorerframe.dll, it will replace the white color into gradient color like in the ss.
Even if you didn't replace the explorerframe.dll, the back/forward button will be the same like in the screenshot. That's the magic of "theme resource changer" hehe

OH also, if you get time, might be worth making the progress bar graphic a flat color, probably green. The glowing glassy thing doesnt fit so well

Impressive! I mean you COULD always try and make it so that the window border follows whatever color you have aero set to? To be honest Im inclined to say leave it as it is for now, as long as people have the option to leave the window gradient out but keep the fancy new buttons. (Yes, I say that because I just wanna get my hands on it

Just thought it may be a useful resource! Make it your own of course, but.... borrowing... some design aspects from MetroTwit makes sense since they seem to have nailed the Metro interface

the ideas are combined so perfectly with such icons and way that makes it very professional..that new show desktop icon..simply WOW !!!! the center taskbar with metro icons? wowwwww...gradient window colour..even more wowwwww..explorerframe? wowwwwwwwwwwww
