my small tribute to my new anime love:Boku No Hero Academia
always wondered how toshinori looked like before his "all might" days.
so here it is with the face technically being my own design since it was covered in the typical "all might" shadows in the anime and u couldnt see him clearly.
hope u guys enjoy it

Certainly awesome. I'm not absolutely sure sure about keeping his... (what do you call them, hair antenna?)... well, keeping them down since he's so young and cheerful here and there's enough wind flowing around to create an excuse for them being up. But that's a minor quibble that's pretty much fan raging against cannon at this point. In any case, it's still a SMASHing pic.

i have not read the manga but in one episode of the anime you see him with the long hair strands down aswell,
so thats why i drew them down here too

question: how did you color and shade the lineart (wondering which technique)
also about the post effects , the colors looks great , which post effects did you use?

i shade it with the pencil tool on combine mode "background". so i basically put the shading shapes first before i do the base colors.
and then later on fill in the right colors.
you should probably see my streams if you want to see that sometime~
i use adobe after effects for the post editing

How many frames was the action scene and the speed line was it done in After effect and how lol ? it looks so colorful and cool .

i think it were like 48 frames if i remember correctly
and the focus lines were done in after effects with a plugin called
PSOFT Focus Lines
