Even more belated reply, given that I only just noticed this. When you're clouded over, that metaphorical "little ray of sunshine" can be just the thing someone needs. Or something. I like the idea behind this, and the artwork itself, obviously.

I like this. The lil angel guy is cute. Could kick it up a bit on the glow with another layer over top of the rays, give it a tad more shine, more intense. It IS the light of heaven no? hehe Nice work.

Oh I like this a lot... looks very different from your usual style! Not that I don't like your usual style, but its always great to see artists doing something a bit different as well, and this looks so different from your usual style that I had to actually scroll up again and check the username to make sure I hadn't clicked on someone else's picture in my devwatch by mistake XD you seem to be improving as well, IMO, the fat distribution on the characters body, and the way the weight of her body and clothing and hair falls looks extremely lifelike - even though she's a catoony styled character drawing, she has real character because of a few well drawn little touches. Not sure if I like the flying creature though... he seems less lifelike than the main character in the picture, lacking those same little touches, it almost seems like he (or she? sorry!) was added as an afterthought. Also, the main characters eyes seem to be slightly off if she's supposed to be looking directly at the little flying guy.. she seems to be looking directly at his stomach though I would imagine it'd be more likely that she'd look at his face, if this were an actual scenario? I often find it helps to draw in a very faint line from the eyes to the object/character/whatever that your character is meant to be looking at, in order to get them spot-on.
Other than that though I love this lots, I'm very impressed with the way you drew this! straight in my faves this goes!
