I was trying my darndest not to be all cliche with the use of 'Dark', cause I know the temptation is to draw something really emo or your character with their dark 'alter ego'...but then i gave up and drew Russelcause I wuv him...and I want to draw him more often.
ANYWAY, this is Russel. He's a good kid, nice guy. Good at his studies, really cuddly, and he's sharing his soul with a 'hitch-hiking' demon who entered his body through the book he was sealed in which Russel was trying to save from his grandfathers bookshop when it caught fire, but instead the book burst into flames in his arms and the burn mark has never healed up, and it just happens to be the source of Russel's '
owers' which he has learnt to channel from his demon parasite for his own uses, but it does burn up a lot of shirts through and he doesn't have 100% control of it and this can be pretty scary and painful for him and makes it hard for him to keep a hold on good friends...so just a nice normal kinda guy
....
Urgh, I failed on this theme. this isn't 'dark' at all...it's not even vaguely emo. But I honestly couldn't think of anything else...and it's a nice picture of Russel

Yes. Let me tell u about their demons called Keno and Tonka.
Ami and her demon named Tonka met when Ami was four-Ami was at the beach and she was swimming way to deep. Her brother Samo couldnβt see her. Ami felt like something was grabbing her and then she submerged under water. Then it let go of her but she pass out. When she finally open her eyes, she saw a beautiful blue haired girl with asked her if she wanted to become fuse together so she can save Amiβs life. Ami agreed and didnβt knew what it met or what will happen. So Tonka fused with Ami and it started to hurt Ami a lot and then it didnβt hurt anymore and Ami closed her eyes. When Ami opened them she found herself closer to the shore to found Samo helping her up and telling her that she turned into a demon and swam very-fast near the shore and turned back to a human. Ami was shocked at first but then she smiled because she now has a demon inside of her and she could transform to it without passing out with the help of her Samo. She asked him to help her transform without passing out and that is what he did. Now she can control her powers and transform without passing out.

Tonka/Ami fusion looks like a human like fish that has human like legs and arms and the color of Ami skin turns to Green. It can breath out of water and in water.She has human like ears as well. Her feet are fins and her hands dont have fins. Thats what Ami/Tonka fusion looks like.

Hiro and his demon Keno met when he was infant. When Hiroβs parents were walking in the park with Hiro and his twin brother Kenji when a witch appeared. The father(Jin Kong) tried to protect his wife and children and ended up getting killed by the witchβs evil powers. She told the mother of Hiro and Kenji(Angel Kong) to give them here but she wouldnβt dear give the witch her baby boys so the witch killed her as well. The witch then said a evil spell to give both of the boys a demon. She fused Kenji with a demon named Kook but then she got a evil smile when she looked at Hiro. So with her evil spell, she fused Hiro with a demon with Keno. Keno and Kook are enemies for a certain reason. She made a evil laugh and vanish. The boys lived with their grandparents. Hiro can control his powers and can fuse without fainting and so can his twin Kenji. Hiro can turn into a bear-angel that uses fire, water, lighting, and rocks for battle. Kenji can turn into a wolf-angel that uses lava, and fire in battle. Thatβs all. I hope u like their stories.

Put him in a badly cross-hash shaded corner, write some bad poetry in an illegible font, and cover him in blood. THEN he'll be dark enough.
No really, this is very good. As usual, you didn't overdo it or go for the obvious. You can tell by his expression that, yes, he is pretty scared, but he's not completely horrified - he's gone through this before.
I like this guy - good character design. The drippy wing is pwnsome.
