i stumbled upon this image whiel searching for turtle pics. I have to say it stunned me so i had to read the entire thing on your website. I am shocked!
that artwork is truly remarkable! the story line is one i never would have imagined, and the character creation is beatuiful.

Very nice Ray! If I had to critique, I'd say the tree in front of the lower panels is a bad call, especially with those dark browns matching perfectly with the boy's hair. It kind of flattens out the page.
Also, the borders on those panels could stand to be outlined at the same thickness.
I think your color choices are gorgeous, but there could be a little more separation between the light and dark areas on the characters. I have the same tendency to want to fill a lot of space with blending, but real life doesn't work that way very often. Most value differences are somewhat cleanly separated rather than gradating out over smooth areas.
These are just my thoughts though. Overall, I think you hit the important things and the page has a beautiful feel and reads well.
