So I was reading some stuff about rule 63 on a Skullgirls thread, and someone asked for some Rule 63 (reverse gendered) fanart of Big Band. I looked it up but there was nothing on Google. So I decided to do something about it.I did tweak a few things to the overall design. More curves, for one.
