Anyways, her left hand's fingers look strange; why is the middle finger overlapping the ring finger? Also, her breasts' position looks quite shoved up, honestly. It would be recommended to try positioning it a LITTLE bit lower.
I also recommend using a skin color outline for where the arm is bending mixed with the original black outline. It would show a little more natural feeling, but this is actually pretty hard; just try practicing it elsewhere.
Overall, this is a mysterious picture. Those eyes look pretty peculiar, and Yukari looks a little confused. Nice work!

First, the middle finger is looks like overlapping the ring finger. but actually it's not.
I have to improve how to draw hand and finger. I'm trying now, but it's not good yet.
Second, is breasts' position looks high?
I think that's because I was trying to make it look big. (because i think her breast is big)
but maybe you're right. it's better to think about position more.

For the breasts, it would be pretty easy to fix; one, the position thing I mentioned; two, I recommend making the width of her breasts longer instead of the height, cause it would basically look like a very strange average chest, even though your goal was to... yeah.
Anyways, the finger still looks awkward even if it's not overlapping the other. Just saying, but that's just what I recommend.
