But on the bright side of things, it allows the actor to bigger and better things and allows us to watch his face over and over again on the DVDs.

I'm so happy he'll be around for another season. There is something special about his portrayal that really comes through in "closing Time'. At least, I think that is what it's called off the top of my head. When he visits Craig right before he's supposed to die. And Stormageddon, aka Alfie.
The part where he is talking to Alfie about who he is and who he's become overtime, up in Alfie's bedroom, and then later, when Craig is asleep but 11 doesn't know it, and he's talking about his death.
It felt so real, he was very in character.
Mainly, I just think he'd make the perfect dad, and give the best hugs in the world.
