I know, suck don't it. Fuel was the major problem for all Germany's jet aircraft. The supply being destroyed b4 reaching the air bases.

Nice study of the RAF Museum example. I'd kind of argue the top speed quote- my guess is depending on altitude and the build quality of the individual aircraft, the 262 and P-80A would be similar. Build quality of the late war german jets was pretty spotty at best, using a lot of forced labor.
